The author studies and edits the Costitutiones synodales issued in 1479 by Bishop Pietro Strambone.
The document, unpublished, is very interesting and places the Diocese of Nocera in the religious panorama of reform, before the Council of Trento, and provides us an interesting point of view of a dynamic Universitas of South of Italy during the 15th century.
