The article analyses the Italian Government restrictive measures aimed at limiting some of the personal freedoms enshrined within the Constitution in order to protect health, against the backdrop of the COVID 19 emergency. The article will also explore the sometimes contradictory relationship between national and regional measures, which partially affected legal certanity.
